The Duke-Grace building is a classic of mid-century architecture, currently undergoing renovations to support 30 residential units and future ground floor commercial tenants. Designed by reknowned Norfolk architect Sheldon J. Leavitt, the five-story International Style building was constructed in 1969 as one of the first mid-rise office towers with on-site parking, a prize feature in Auto Row.
